By the signing or inserting of my name 0n this Candidate Registration Form I hereby give my full permission to Waitre d’ Recruitment to share my personal information with their clients as required, as required by the South African Data Protection Law (POPIA).

Under no circumstances whatsoever may I deal directly with the client and all negotiations must be done on my behalf through Waitre d’ Recruitment. Should the client contact me directly, I will refer them to Waitre d’ Recruitment.

Candidates will be need to undergo a full medical examination as a pre-employment requirement. You will need to provide negative test results for HIV, Hepatitis B and STDs in order to pass your medical examination.
